Description
Big Matic is a self-cleaning filter which, thanks to the special BM filter element, offers a degree of filtration of 32, 12, 7 or 3 µm.
BIG MATIC can be assembled from batteries of multiple filters and, depending on the type of “vessel”, each filter can contain 1 to 5 BM elements to meet any flow requirement.
When the filter is empty, the BM filter elements are cleaned by pressurized water jets that hit the filter surface and flush out the impurities.
During the cleaning cycle, the filter element is set in rotation by an electric motor and clean water is sucked in at 5-6 bar pressure; this ensures optimal regeneration, which ensures water consumption in a short time (200 seconds).
The BIG MATIC filters are supplied complete with pneumatic valves, pressure gauges and electronic controls.
